Chick-fil-A debuting new Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich, Caramel Crumble milkshake

Chick-fil-A is rolling out two new seasonal menu items, including the chain's first-ever twist on its original chicken sandwich and a new milkshake to help customers celebrate the arrival of autumn.
Beginning Monday, Aug. 28, the Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich and the Caramel Crumble Milkshake will be available nationwide for dine-in, pick up or delivery, the company confirmed to USA TODAY Tuesday. Both items will only be available for a limited time, while supplies last.
The Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich features an original Chick-fil-A filet topped with custom-made creamy pimento cheese, mild pickled jalapeños and served on a warm, toasted bun drizzled with sweet honey, according to the product description.
"We wanted to create a standout sandwich that would deliver a unique spin for our guests, without losing the classic taste of the Original Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich," said Stuart Tracy, a Chick-fil-A chef and the creator of the Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich, in a news release.

"The Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich uses ingredients and flavors our guests have never experienced at Chick-fil-A before, balancing savory, sweet and spicy elements using the highest quality ingredients," he said.
The sandwich was selected to roll out nationally after a successful market test in Asheville, North Carolina, and upstate South Carolina in 2020, the company said.
Caramel Crumble Milkshake
The Caramel Crumble Milkshake is made with creamy butterscotch caramel flavors, ice cream, blondie crumbles and topped with whipped cream and a cherry.
The milkshake was selected as the next seasonal shake after a successful market test in Salt Lake City, Utah, in 2021, the company said.
"Combining new and surprising ingredients with classic Chick-Fil-A flavors, we hope both these new menu items will deliver a delicious new spin for our guests to enjoy," said Leslie Neslage, director of menu and packaging at Chick-fil-A, in the news release.
